Lanolips.com has a specific Shipping & Returns policy. For shipping, orders received by 1pm Central Time CST will go the same day, except for weekend orders which will ship on Mondays. For orders to Canada, please allow 7-10 business days. USA Orders have Free Standard Shipping for orders over $40 USD. Standard Shipping costs $8 via FedEx Smartpost. For international shipping, currently the USA warehouse is shipping to USA and Canada only. For orders outside of North America, the Australian warehouse is shipping to some other countries.
As for the return policy, returns are accepted within 30 days, items must be unused and in original, unopened undamaged and resalable condition. Lanolin is used from Australian and New Zealand wool. There are no petrolatum, parabens, artificial fragrance, mineral oil, sulfates, PEG's, phthalates, or animal cruelty in Lanolips products.
For specific products, the Liquid Lanolin Moisturizing Lip Serum contains liquid lanolin, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and peppermint.
